¿Quienes Somos?

Es un órgano dependiente de los Colegios Profesionales Universitarios que regulan la construcción en general y la consultoría ,en los campos de la Ingeniería y Arquitectura en sus diferentes ramos de acción.

La base Legal del CIRCE funciona por Decreto del Congreso Nacional, del 29 de Septiembre de 1988; publicado en la Gaceta el 16 de Febrero de 1989.

El CIRCE tiene como finalidad principal, el registro y clasificación de empresas constructoras y consultoras en ingeniería y Arquitectura, estableciendo a cual o a cuales de los Colegios miembros las mismas deben inscribirse.
